Fifty9 Grove is a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents with pets.

Pets welcome upon approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of two pets per apartment.
There is no weight limit.
Non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, or any mixes of these breeds.
