Non-Refundable Pet Fee is $350 Per Pet. 

Monthly Pet Rent $30/Pet. 

Fifty9 Grove Apartment loves your pets as much as you do!  We also have a bark park for your convenience. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, or any mixes of these breeds. Small caged animals (Gerbils, Hamsters, etc.) accepted. Reptiles, Birds & Amphibians are not accepted. Fees do not apply for service animals.
